Problem with full reply form

We have upgraded to 3.7.0, and the full reply form in some of our skins is now messed up. Anyone know what the problem might be, or what template I should be looking at here? Also, the text colors are missing.

i think the big smileys are disturbing the look of newreply. I don't see anything else disturbing.

Try changing the display order of your smileys.. and getting the smaller ones or probably the default ones to display on newreply !!
