Form style posting MODs

Hello, is there a MOD that provide a form style input for posting. ie: If one is trying to organize a groupbuy. I want to give that person an option to fill out a form that includes the manufacturer information, website, description, part number, etc. for posting. Your knowledge will be greatly appreciated.
