Transfer posts from one board to another?

Is there away I can transfer posts that were on my old board which was on zeta, to Vbulletin? If so how would I go about this? Also the members.

ImpEx does this, but does not support all forum systems. This would be better posted @ vBulletin.com ImpEx forums.
