Sub Forums Display Issue when Upgrading to 3.7

Hey guys I upgraded my site to 3.7.0 today from 3.6.5 .... I thought that when doing the upgrade my sub forums would now look like these boards:

http://www.zpost.com/forums/index.php

http://www.e90post.com/forums/index.php?


instead of the old fashion way like this:

http://www.timeattackforums.com/forums/

Am I wrong? or am I missing it? .... any advice would be great! :)
