i want to give administrator permissions and full control (admincp) to my a user

hi, im umit from turkey.
so im english a little

my problem is, i want to give administrator permissions and full control (admincp) to my a registered user

i did these steps,

first, edited my config.php

$config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = '1,61';

61 is added for my



second, open my admincp and user control-->find user

i found user ---> user group settings ----> changed to administrator


third, administrator permissions---> yes for all --> apply


but my user still can't edited any message and haven't thread control (move,delete,edit...)

If all is set as you say, then this should not happen.

Check the Forum Permissions.
