Compressing images

Google Adsense allows only 50KB for images.

Could someone please compress my banners to 50K without changing the width and height?

while uploading, it automatically resized the images.

Sorry - I couldn't compress the other 2 images with the program I have - They will most likely need to be remade. And as there's only 1 image - there's really no way that the text only should be so HUGE file size. Perhaps someone can redo them for you or someone else can compress...
