Advertise With Us Type Page

Is there a mod that puts a Button on the Navbar that would link to a page with advertising info? I searched the word "Advertise" but it brought up a bunch of threads about managing ads and things of that nature, I'm looking to attract advertisers so those won't work for me. Anything out there like this or should I just make a quick page using HTML and put a link to it on the navbar?
