Noob skins questions?

Is it possible to use my existing colors with a skin (http://sonoma.ca.theparentpack.org)? Like if I installed a skin design could I modify the colors of the skin like I can modify the default?

Also it there some coding that will simply allow me to round all the square edges on my forums?
