Is there a way to censor out a website completly? I gave a block to a websites name, but now people are putting spaces in it like this G O O G L E.com. How can I censor that?
Note: I used google as an example I do not want to block google.

I have seen to way to go round this - but on a forum, where we operated such censoring of sites, we used to give infractions of a member attempted to escape the filter.

My competition is repetitive on advertising their site on mine. I am doing way better than them and they are jealous. Any advice would be nice.

Every growing site has to go through this.
I made a new "visit my website!" forum for users to post links in. It cleaned allot of the spam up. There is also a hack out there that will not let users with less than 15 posts post links.
As far as the spammers being clever and typing s pa ce s in the domain name, don't sweat it. Most members will ignore these posts anyway. Try not to get in a power struggle with the other site. The more they know it bothers you, the more they will want to do it. It's probably a joke to them...
