How to leave neautral reputation?

Hey there,

I know that users can leave positive (green) reputation which is +1 and negative (red) reputation which is -1, but i logged into my forum on my site kedoa and 2 people had left me neutral (grey) reputation.

When i leave reputation for people, this is all i see...

How can i leave neutral reputation?

You can't give neutral rep.

Grey rep is when the giver does not have sufficient rep power to give effecting rep, in other words the rep has no points behind it.

Oh right,

Because in my admin cp, ive set it to 50 minimum posts for rep to have efffect, and at least 10 rep to have effect.

Does this mean that if the user has under this, and leaves people reputation, it doesnt count for anything? It counts as neutral?

Also do they need to have over the minimum post count and rep count for rep to have effect when leaving it, or just 1 (like over post count but not rep count)???
