Really little help needed for editing 1 PHP vBulletin file

Hello..

I am not confident i can do the following edits properly so can someone please do it?

My default forum includes/functions_forumlist.php is attached..

[Renamed Customber Number for own security ;) ]


Can someone please do following edits...

The file in attachment named File Edits.txt is what changes have to be made into functions_forumlist.php
