Verified Membership to Download Plugins

I've bought a lifetime license while ago and never been able to grab anything. I followed the steps a while ago still no avail; can anyone look into this so I can better use this product?

Over in vbulletin.com in the members area, http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php,, you need to edit your license to include access to this site. It's on the right side on that page.
