Change New Topics/New posts background color on forum forumdisplay.php

Hi is there any way to change the background color of a new thread/post.
In the main forumdisplay.php

I have enclosed a pictures to show.
I would like to do this because it makes it easier for members to distinguish between new posts and no new posts
