Installation in my local server

I would like to install a copy of my licensed vBulletin in my computer's local server to test some integration systems.

Is this possible? Else could anyone suggest an alternative?

It should be possible just install like it was on a real server?

Once I have asked about that to vBulletin License Team, they told me that I was free to use my licensed vBulletin on my local.
