A conflict was detected in the bitfields. You cannot continue with the installation of this product until this has been fixed. The conflicts found were:

* Bitfield Collision: canadminnotices = canadmininferno

How can I fix

Contact the author of the modification. In this case, it seems to be Inferno Technologies - run by Iain and ZT.

How fix ? I think need delete inferno ID's from bitfield column in datastore table. But how?
I can't understand structure of this. Zero not replyed yet... 3 days(

No, you should not delete anything in the database unless you know what you're doing. You will have to wait for a reply from the developers.

Can u talk about structure of bitfield, how permissions of hack is bordered?

Bitfields are widely used in programming, so Google "bitfield" and you will have a lot of results.
