Hi guys,

I have just set up reputation but need to ask a few questions.

1) How do I get current members to have a green reputation? New members are starting on 0 which is perfect (green) but current members are all red

2) How much points does a user gain/loose when another user gives them good or bad rep?

3) Where do users go to see other users rep and can hey leave rep on themselves?
