Modifying Profile Styles.

Where is this feature found within my profile on my site? I can't seem to find it anywhere...

Are you wanting to modify it globally? Or allow users to change certain colours?

I want to allow users to change certain colors.

You need to enable it in "vBulletin Options" and each usergroup's individual permission.
