how do i get rid of the scale and make it say something like Props or Hate that you can click to give props or negative rep

The scale is just an image. If you want to replace the image, make a new one and upload it to the server in the same location. If you want to get rid of the scale and just have text, then you need to edit the template and replace the <img> tags with plain text.
