no new reply color drop down menu.... since 3.7.0

Since upgrading from 3.6.8 to 3.7
we are having problems with no colors appearing(change font color ) in drop down menu when choosing new reply to a thread

If edit thread is choosen, the drop down appears.

Any one have any ideas why this would occur ?

We have alternate skins on our forums to choose from and the drop down does not come up with 2 of 3 skins, and works on all three when editing a post

Try reverting your headerinclude template.

I had the same problem, reverting header include fixed it, thanks!
