Ok in the config.php I have put the comas after the user id's but it is still not working what could be the problem?

You need to also remove the User ID number from the "UNDELETABLE / UNALTERABLE USERS ."
Make the change, save, then go back and reinstate the User ID as such, if desired.

Another thing is you can't use the config.php file from 3.6.x or older in 3.7.0. They are different, but I don't know if this is what you're doing or not. You didn't say what version you were using.

Technically, you can, except you won't see the new datastore cache options.

Ok I am using 3.6.10.
Also is there any good 3.6.10 skins all the ones i find are for 3.6.8.
