Is there a Personal Stickies mod for 3.7?

Are there any personal sticky mods for 3.7 yet? It would be best if I could choose wich groups are allowed to use it.

Just to let you all (above posters) know, there is an old one. I didn't come up with this idea.

The only problem is it's for 3.5.2. I am using 3.7 and didn't want to try it if there was a new version out. It seems there isn't. :(
