there is any mode for privacy policy page if there is no Mode then how do i add page for privacy policy page and also how do i show that link in every page footer.

for example

site Version 5.0 :: Copyright ? 2000-2008 site name . Privacy Policy

you can add that as a new Faq Item and add it in the Footer

Yep, add it as a FAQ item, or even write a separate page for it somewhere, then go to vboptions > Site Name / URL / Contact Details > Privacy Statement URL and enter the url to the page/faq there.
