hello,im looking to this mod.
its look like my adsense inside the quick reply.

Look at the template called: showthread_quickreply

You now have 2 options...

1) Have the advert just above the text box...
Look for:
<div class="controlbar" style="padding-$stylevar[right]:8px">
You can place your ad code just under that...

2) Have the advert just below the text box (exactly like in your image)
Look for:
<!--width:$stylevar[messagewidth]-->
You can place your ad code just under that...
