Favorite Links Mod

I am currently running vb3.7 and I would like to add a feature that will allow members to store their favorite external links under their profile.

I would be kind of like del.i.ciou. or diggit but the links will be store in their vbulletin accounts.

Is there a javascript or some mod that will allow me to put a link on the external pages (on the same website) so that when people click on that link, it will automatically add to this list.
