How to force members to add thread tags

I have searched all over vborg and cannot find a solution to force members to enter thread tags for vb3.7.0gold.

Anyone know how to do this or come across a mod?

There is an option for each forum that says requires thread prefix.

I know that for prefix's but I am talking about thread tags -- keywords.

Not possible by default, i would recomend u put in a request
