Each user a standard album in 3.7

Hi,

Is there a possibilty to create one album standard with a front pic and a standard txt for each user. Of course they can add more albums, but i want to give each user an standard album (private album)

I would also be interested in a way of a user automatically have 1 album ready for them after registering. It just takes away a step and makes life easier for them.
