When ever i try to type...&, > ,< i get the words... &gt;&lt;&amp in the post...almost everywhere....When i try to type..&,<,> i get &gt;&lt;&amp how can i resolve it:-?

no frnds in my vbulletin based website........any ideas how to...resolve it......had....seen the same problm in a couple of other vbulletin forums but im unable to resolve it!
