postbit_legacy at the bottom

Does anyone knows how to get 'postbit_legacy' to the bottom of the post? Just like in the 'Force Signature to the botton' mod?(Link (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=174285&highlight=Force+Signature))
