Problem After upgrade

im having a problem after upgrading to vb 3.7.0 i keep getting a security token error when i do stuff around the forum for instance sometimes when i log in a get this error and then when im trying to delete some posts i get this error

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

anyone else get this?

This is caused to the CSRF flaws within vBulletin (fixed in 3.7 RC4+). It seems like the templates were not edited. Try reverting your templates (or viewing the changes and incorporating them).

im using a later version than rc4. i thought gold was the actual release? Also what you said about reverting templates i did all of that when i upgraded to gold reverted them all installed a new skin and then installed mods but i just went to delete some posts and got this security token also when my son trys logging onto the forum he gets the security token error i am not to good with code and im a reletively new admin so please try and explain it in an easy way for me to understand thank you.
