Small caps in posts!!!! Please help!

I found out that all the titles I post and the text itself doesnot contain any capital letters!!!!

For example I post the following tilte:

Hello Everybody

and after I post it goes like"

hello everybody

Please I need help in this!!

My forum is in Greek!

Any ideas???:confused:
