Cannot See Old Post

I recently changed hosts and have been porting everything over there...the issue right now is that i've ported everything over yet am unable to see any of the old posts?

i cannot see the old users either unless i click on member list?

is there a script that i need to run?

Are you positive the backup of the database was complete?
