I've been searching for directions for enabling users to upload their own avatars. So far, I've only seen hacks.
This link: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/ gave directions for changing a setting in CP but seems to be outdated for version 3.7.
It seems illogical that we would now have to hack code to enable this if it was available in past versions.
I would like people to be able to link to a hosted avatar on photobucket or similar AND be given the option of uploading their own, just like the file management window allows them to do when posting.
I'm a newb, so forgive me if there is an easy solution that I'm not seeing. And thanks in advance for your help.
