upgrading from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0

Is it possible to upgrade straight from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0?

or do I have to do 3.6.8 to 3.6.9 and then 3.6.9 to 3.7.0

I have downloaded the 3.7.0 and I am about to go through the upgrade procedure but am unsure of the above.
