my forumstag is working okay but there are some tag words with Turkish letters (g, ö, ş) with these words seems to be link

tags word: Atatürk
tag link: ww.xxxxxx.com / tags / atat% FCrk.html

How can I link modifieren? as the

desired link: ww.xxxxxx.com / tags / ataturk.html
