some one help me please

when i upgrade to VB3.7 my admincp is not open and it shows me this error:

and show me in the top of page this:

This is probably caused by a modification you have installed. Disable them to see if it fixes your problem.

But a problem is that: I cant sign in to my admin panel too disable them
I was upload my 3.6.8 again and try to login but same error was occured.
Then I was install a fresh VB 3.7 from begining in the new DataBase and it was work but when I change the name of my new data base to old data base in Config.php an error occured.

I hope U help me and answer me az soon az possible because my Users are very angry..

wow ... Thanks a lot ... I imported a damn plugin and i got damn scared. Thanks a lot. This worked like charm.

I removed this entry after i uninstalled the plugin
