Make posts in the chatbox count towards the post total? and the same with comments? Can profile comments in 3.7 count as posts towards the total? :)

For the shoutbox, you would need to contact the author of that shoutbox. As for profile comments, I believe you cannot in a default installation of vBulletin, but should be possible with a modification.
