500 Errors

How can you guys optimize my server or database to be easier on it. My server has been getting this errors, because of the huge load:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@forum.pspdiscussions.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Specs:
Processor #1 Vendor: GenuineIntelProcessor #1 Name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3220 @ 2.40GHzProcessor #1 speed: 2395.153 MHzProcessor #1 cache size: 4096 KB

Go to vbulletin.com and post there for a server optimization.

What is your server load? How do you know this is load related? You can get this error due to several reasons.

#500 errors are usually caused by a malformed .htaccess file.

i get this error since i switched to a new dedicated server and upgraded to vbulletin 3.7.0, i get the error when trying to post a link.

any suggestions?
