Lang Chooser Module

Here is a module I just wrote. I have no clue if anybody has done this before, but I've looked and found nothing, so here it is. This replaces the language chooser in your footer as a module for vBadvanced Portal. You can remove the one in your footer now.

(3.7 wasn't available as a prefix, but these were written using 3.7 code)
