News sitemaps are different from web sitemaps as they only display news from the last 3 days. For most vbulletin powered news sites this comes down to their news forum(s) and their news portal page.

Google news is an excellent way of promoting your site and getting more traffic in.

There is no mod for this. Which is strange, when you consider the importance of Google news.
