Why cant I download?

Hey all,
I am here trying to get answers to fix my website and stuff I have logged in tried to download the .zip file on this page

However it keeps coming up that I do not have permission to do it? Anyone know why as that .zip file will really answer all problems I am having

AFAIK, vBulletin 2.x.x mods cannot be downloaded as they are archived.

damn it lol - thanks mate just thought I would ask as that is the only
threads on non vb pages thing that actually works and allows you to customise the others dont work at all - but anyway thanks for responding i thought i had gone crazy

You may always request a modification for free in the modification requests forum (under programming discussions) or request a paid modification within the paid requests forum.

I'd really doubt a modification coded for 2.x will work on 3.x. Anyway, you can code it yourself, it is fairly easy.
