Two Images in Banner

[Shouzen]

I wa wondering how I get this image (http://animationtokyo.com/community/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif) into two images on the same line in the banner but when you click the Featured Series image, you go to a different page than when you click the AnimationTkyo image which takes you to the forum home?
