Why is your forum still using the default vb skin? It seems you've spent a long time on the look of the main site (which is very good), and done nothing to the forum. Bit of a let down imo. Make them match and it'll be a whole lot better.

Mainly since I can't find any decent vb skin:(

You could at least edit the basic colour scheme for the forum to match the main site, and put this as the main banner:

Edit: Oh, and you may want to add a few nice add ons like an arcade or gallery or something relevant to the topic or that would be wanted by your site audience, since default vBulletin is a not going to hold attention as long.
On a positive note, you are doing rather well for a new site, at least in terms of member count and posts.

You already have a decent skin, on your main site :)
Like cheat-master30 said, just go and edit your vb templates so it looks the same as your site does.

Graphics and colors on the main site look nice. The forum is the standard vbulletin style and should be changed to match the portal site

I know this is a bit late, but just use the style you already have for your main site on the forum. Or as near as you can get with basic colour and image swaps, then your forum would like nice.

Why don't you just do some CSS work and match up the forum with your site color now and then work on imaging borders later once you get the full understanding how the CSS works?
