Getting Security Errors after updating to RC4

I've been getting this error after I have updated to RC4

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Anyway I can fix this?

The item that message replaced was the Newest Post Mod...
