Rating system?

Any experts there can tell me how easy it is to put up a rating system? And if so how do i go about it?

The rating system i wanted is fairly simple.
I have a soccer forum and wanted a rating system which allows members to rate the players in a particular match upon 10 and the player's rating will be the average of all votes.

Something very similar to what skysports is using HERE (http://www.skysports.com/football/user_ratings/0,19768,11065_2849370,00.html)

It doesn't seems like a vB feature but a standalone feature, anyways since I don't remember nothing alike, and I can't find something like that... you can request a paid mod/hack, on my case I go to Guru.com ;)

Ok.. i have tried guru but the price is abit on the steep side isnt it.. anyone have other suggestions?
