Change Usergroup after X amount of threads made

Hey,

I have searched but i can't find a mod like this :( i need one so after a user makes X amount of threads not posts they get promoted to a different usergroup, vb comes with the x amount of posts one i was woundering if theres one for x amount of threads.

I don't see any hooks in that code, so it looks like you would have to modify the admincp/usergroup.php script to add in a promotion by threads.
