you know in vb 3.7 how it shows you can change the color of your profile....
I can't seem to find out how....:D

You need to enable that option in the Admin CP. I believe it is disabled by default.

Hello,
The admin group is set to Yes for everything. Its still not showing.. Could you please provide step by step how to get it working .

You actually need to click on User CP > Customize Profile in order to change it.

Nope, it doesn't look like it's there. It should be between Edit Your Details and Edit Profile Picture.
Did you check to see that it's enabled like Dismounted said? vboptions > User Profile Options >
Enabled User Profile Features > Profile Styling

I didn't say to check in the usergroups, I said here:
vboptions > User Profile Options > Enabled User Profile Features > Profile Styling
