Could anyone tell me what this mod is called thanks

I seen it here once before i have typed in several different word combinations with no luck any help would be greatly appreciated

Typing "view moderation comments" (with quotes) into search gives me this: [ITech] [AJAX] Inferno Mod Tools Lite (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=160748&highlight=view+moderation+comments)

thanks heaps for that I feel a bit brain dead now after realising what mod it is
