Ranks dont work for some users.....

In the registered members category, i set some ranks for them as stars. For some members, the rank shows up in their posts, for others it either doesnt show up or it has a white box with a red X through it. What should I do? :confused:

Do you have multiple usergroups? Who have you set the usergroup option for the rank for?

Yes i have multiple usergroups. I have it set for registered users and display type=always, stack rank=no.

But the wierd thing is that the rank shows up for some of the registered users and works properly for some of them.

If you have multiple "member" usergroups, you need to set the rank to display for them also.

actually, the people are all in the same usergroup but the rank image shows up for only some of them......

News Flash:

When i go into the User Manager in the ACP then edit a user, then scroll to the bottom and click save, it fixes the rank problem for that user. Is there a way to do this for all users at once?

I think I know the problem now - the cache.

Admin CP > Maintenance > Update Counters > Update User Ranks/Titles
