Is there a way to change exactly what it says? Where do I go? what do i do? Yes I am a NOOB!! sorry!

Copy some of the text from the message and then in the admin cp go to
Languages & Phrases > Search In Phrases

Paste the text you copied into the search box and it should bring up the relevant phrase. Use the edit feature to the right and change the text to whatever you like.
