Quick Ban + Quick Edit User from postbit - Instant action on Spammers!

and as a result, I've now made adjustments, and have tested it on the latest vBulletin? Version 3.7.0 Release Candidate 4, and it works!:D

What does it do?
You can now instantly BAN a user from the thread you're viewing, AND, Edit the users Profile, too!:)

I get not a great deal of spam but enough to warrent installing this to make life easier for me and my mods.
